Empowering citizens and patients to participate

This workshop is designed to provide support to citizens and patients to develop the confidence and understanding of the health system so that they can participate more fully in decision making processes. It explores what makes an effective patient engagement leader, clarifies roles and responsibilities and offers tips for running successful meetings.
